With more than 50 years of combined experience, the dentists at Hutchinson Family Dentistry are committed to providing high-quality dental care for patients of all ages. Through continuing education and advanced technology, our team stays current with the latest techniques and procedures while creating a welcoming experience where every patient feels comfortable, valued, and cared for like family.

Dr. David Mach

DDS, PhD

Dr. David Mach earned both his D.D.S. and Ph.D. through a unique dual-degree program at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. It was through the University of Minnesota’s Aesthetic Dentistry program that Dr. Mach first connected with Dr. Flinn, who later invited him to join the practice in Hutchinson.

Outside the office, Dr. Mach and his wife, Cara, stay busy raising their four children — Mattia, Nora, Olivia, and Amelie. Deeply involved in the Hutchinson community, Dr. Mach actively supports local organizations including H-Town Tennis, the Hutchinson Ambassadors, Crow River Professionals Association, Downtown Business Association, and Hutchinson Hockey Association.

Dr. Daniel Lang

DDS

Dr. Daniel Lang graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in May 2021 and eagerly joined Hutchinson Family Dentistry the following month. Originally from Rapid City, South Dakota, Dr. Lang is passionate about continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and SPEAR Education and is currently pursuing advanced training in dental implants.

Dr. Lang prioritizes patient education and values working closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys reading, muskie fishing, and practicing guitar.

Dr. Maren Iverson

DDS

Dr. Maren Iverson graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in May 2020 before completing a yearlong general practice residency at the Minneapolis VA. She joined Hutchinson Family Dentistry in 2022 and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care.

Dr. Iverson is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and SPEAR Education and is committed to continuing education and lifelong learning in dentistry. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and trying new recipes.

Dr. Gail Raether

DDS

Dr. Gail Raether graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2008 and completed a yearlong advanced clinical training and seminar program in Colorado. With more than 15 years of experience in both private practice and group settings, she brings extensive knowledge in comprehensive dental care, digital dentistry, and implant restorations to Hutchinson Family Dentistry.

As a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Raether is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients by understanding their individual needs and providing care with precision and compassion. Outside the office, she enjoys giving back through volunteer dentistry programs that help provide care to underserved communities.

Our Historic Office

One of the things that makes Hutchinson Family Dentistry so unique is the history behind our building. Preserving its character was important to our team, and we’re proud to continue caring for patients in a space that has been part of the Hutchinson community for generations. Originally developed in the late 1800s as a stable for the neighboring Merchant Hotel, the building later housed businesses including Hutchinson Steam Laundry, Lee Motors, and a Sears retail store that opened in 1946. The building has long been a familiar part of downtown Hutchinson — and we’re honored to be part of its story today.
